BlackBerry Curve 9360 Philippines Price, Specs, Photos
This post aims to collate all information on BlackBerry Curve 9360 in the Philippines.
BlackBerry Curve 9360, being the follow-up to last year's BlackBerry Curve 9300 3G, is designed for budget conscious consumers who want to experience the features that BlackBerry fans have grown to love on their smartphones through the years, including BBM, Facebook for BlackBerry, Twitter for BlackBerry, and Mail -- like how only a BB phone can do it.
Set to hit store shelves and carrier postpaid phone line-ups in the Philippines within this quarter, BlackBerry Curve 9360 is ergonomically designed with a comfortable and iconic BlackBerry keyboard for fast and accurate typing and an optical trackpad for easy, swift, one-handed navigation. NFC, GPS, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi support are also included, as well as a 5 MegaPixel camera with flash and VGA video recording for capturing moments and sharing them instantly on Facebook or Twitter. Also, the phone flaunts a microSD card slot supporting up to 32 GB for additional media storage.
As for the software, the phone runs BlackBerry 7 OS, which introduces a next generation BB browser combining the improved performance of the advanced WebKit browser engine with the hardware enhancements in the new Curve to deliver a supposedly significantly faster, more fluid web browsing experience. Additional enhancements include smoother navigation and optimized HTML5 performance for improved gaming and video experience.
So what's the price? As yet, we can only make a guesstimate; Mine is around Php 15,000 -- or about the same as the SRP of BlackBerry Curve 3G when it was launched in 2010.
To wrap this up - in true TechPinas fashion, here are the phone's complete technical specs:
