In terms of internal specifications, Sony Xperia Z could very well the phone to beat when it hits the market within this quarter. It runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system right out of the box with its 1.5 GHz Quad Core Krait processor and handles multitasking with 2 GB of RAM.
