The largest Filipino owned and managed PC manufacturing firm, Neo Philippines, has just released its newest Netbook: The Neo Vivid V1190.
V1190 is an upgrade from Neo's V1100 -- offering larger screen at 10inches (vs. V1100's 8.9 in.) and relatively sleeker form. Neo site lists down the specs as follows:
