YouTube goes Widescreen

Hmm... Trailing Yahoo Videos?
Youtube has apparently set all videos to widescreen -- yup, the default, starting today.
This used to be just a feature that could be enabled using a link tag but apparently, YouTube has decided to just go all out and embrace the "future".
Broadcasting yourself in widescreen -- Cool, right?
However, most videos uploaded thus far are still in 3:4 aspect ratio, so you'll still see black bars filling unused space. It's alright, bear with it -- it could be worse, really! -- it could be bright red or neon green. :)
Roger and out.
