IMHO, you can't get more authentic than this.
The video-maker used different objects to try to scratch the front glass screen and back plastic lid of his broken 2nd Generation iPod Touch. Here are the results:
1. Key - Doesn't scratch front glass panel, scratches back plastic lid
2. Screwdriver - Hardly leaves a scratch on front glass panel, scratches back
3. Rock - Scratches front and back real bad
4. Cutter - Hardly leaves a scratch on front glass panel, scratches back
5. Titanium Ring - Scratches front and back real bad
While we find the video utterly amazing, TechPinas team does NOT recommend that you put your own iPod Touch to a similar scratch test. No, we don't.
