Microsoft Pink Phone, in the works?

Apple has a new smartphone out, Sony is rumored to be working on a PSPhone and a photo of Dell's iPhone killer has just been leaked. What's up with Microsoft?! Letting other companies have all the phone fun?

Nah. Far from it, apparently.

Rumor has it that either Sharp or Motorola will manufacture Microsoft's Pink Phone - the tech giant's take on the touchscreen smartphone. (I know. What's with Pink? Of all colors, why Pink? Hmm.) We don't know yet if that's already the official name and likewise no specs have been released yet. But off hand, Microsoft has already chosen an advertising agency to help in the eventual phone promotions, another giant: McCann Erickson.
