If you're on Twitter, you can now help the site fight spam accounts! When you spot a spam profile and you want Twitter to take action against it, all you have to do is to
1. Click on the profile
2. Look for the Actions or Cog button
3. Click on the button
4. Click on Report user for Spam
5. Let Twitter do its thing.
