Blackberry Curve 8910 Spotted in the Wild ! Ditches Trackball, Comes with Trackpad !
RIM's follow-up to the well-received Blackberry Curve 8900 has been spotted in the wild! Meet Blackberry Curve 8910 :
It's a bad shot. But it nonetheless shows that one of the biggest dreams of Curve fans has finally been answered by Research in Motion: To have a Curve that has both the rich connectivity features of 8900 and the trackpad of BB Curve 8520.
There you have it BB fans.
Aside from having BlackBerry OS (5.0.4+) as its operating system (and probably having the standard features of an updated Curve like Wifi support, EDGE, Bluetooth, etc), we don't know much about this BB, at least, as of the moment. No word yet on pricing and release date.
IMO, one of the major shortcomings of BB Curve 8900 is that it doesn't support 3G. If BB Curve 8910 has that, then it should be all good.
