Windows Mobile 6.5 vs. Windows Phone 7 Series - Microsoft Phone OS Battle!
Comparative Table between Windows Mobile 6.5 and Windows Phone 7 Series.
As you can infer from looking at the table, WP7S is almost a completely different OS from its predecessor - so much so, that it becomes hard, if not impossible, to tell which one is better. My take on it is, if you are business user who's comfortable with using stylus on your WM touchscreen phone, then you might not find the need to upgrade to WP7S that urgent. On the other hand, if you see yourself as a part of the 'touchscreen' generation and you like doing multi-touch finger gestures on capacitive touchscreen phones, then you are likely to appreciate Windows Phone 7 Series more.
