According Google Insights for Search, the Philippines leads the world again this year in terms of interest in the keyword 'Hairstyle', which I believe translates to interest in hairstyles itself. The Philippines also topped this list in 2008 and 2009.

Here's the 2010 'Hairstyle' Regional Interest List:

1. Philippines 100
2. Malaysia 76
3. Singapore 69
4. South Africa 36
5. Lithuania 33
6. United States 29
7. Canada 27
8. Ireland 26
9. Australia 25
10. New Zealand 24

Note that The Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore have consistently been in the top 3 since 2005. Three South East Asian nations leading the world in interest in hairstyles -- Hmm, I wonder why.
