Can't Browse Websites on Google Chrome After Crash - SOLUTION

"TP, I was trying to upload a photo at ImageShack earlier when my Google Chrome browser suddenly acted up; It said "Flash plug-in crashed" or something. Not knowing what to do, I just decided to restart the browser. The problem is, now, Chrome won't load nothing. It just keeps flashing "connecting" at the bottom right of the page but nothing's really happening. What should I do to fix this? IE still works on my PC, by the way."

I'm totally familiar with your situation.
Unfortunately, based on my quite lengthy experience with Chrome, there's nothing we can do to fix this than to restart the PC. That's how it is.
