Samsung Galaxy Tab Price : $200 - $300 Only, Says Samsung Product Executive
There's a possibility that Samsung Galaxy Tab would enter the market with similar if not lower price tag than iPod Touch 4th Gen. So if you only have so much to spend on a slate, then you might want to study your options more carefully.
While the final suggested retail price has not been set, Mr. Hankil Yoon - Vice-President of Samsung Electronics Product Strategy Team, said in an interview with Wall Street Journal today that Samsung Galaxy Tab would most likely retail between 200 USD and 300 USD -- although exact pricing would depend on carrier subsidies.
He followed up that the company expects to ship as many as 10 million units -- enough to take a third of the global slate market come 2011.
