Nokia C7 : In the Flesh Photos! Initial Impressions, Clear Black Display Wows!
Earlier today, in a lunch meeting / media interview with Kenny Mathers - Nokia Head of Developer Relations (more about this interview on TP later -- complete with videos) and Shiraz Datta - Marketing Manager of Forum Nokia, we got to play - if a bit - with an actual unit of the much-anticipated mid-range touchscreen phone, Nokia C7.
Here are a few photos of Nokia C7 in the flesh -- Thanks to Shiraz for letting us tinker with his phone. :)
As you can see, Nokia C7 has a very slim profile. The depth is exactly 10.5 millimeters. Please turn to this online ruler to get an idea of how thin the phone is.
Despite being incredibly slim, Nokia C7 nonetheless feels well-constructed and solid. You won't feel any flex when you slightly squeeze on the unit nor will you notice odd gaps in the parts. Holding it, you'd feel that its innards have all been well-placed. It also helps that the phone actually has a stainless-steel-and-glass-clad enclosure which makes the device even more durable, I think.
Nokia C7 should be arriving in the Philippines very very soon. We'll let you know immediately once we get word on its exact release date and pricing details in the country.
