I'm inclined to believe that the true measure of how powerful a video camera is, is how well it performs in low light conditions;
When there's little light to work with, will it still be able to deliver clips with crisp details?
I always say that Nokia N8 features the most powerful camera (both for photos and videos) ever put on a smartphone -- as yet. This video, I think, helps prove that;
