HTC Wildfire S : Specifications, Features, Photos
HTC Wildfire S is the next iteration to one of HTC's best selling phones of 2010, the midrange HTC Wildfire.
HTC Wildfire S
Interestingly, despite being the official follow-up to Wildfire, Wildfire S brings relatively few improvements to its predecessor features-wise. HTC pretty much retained the same technical specifications like the 3.2-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen, 5 MegaPixel camera with autofocus and flash, microUSB port, microSD card slot, and Wifi, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity support.
Actually, most of the changes you'll see are on the design and software department. HTC Wildfire S flaunts a revamped design identity, ditching the optical trackpad and featuring slightly more metal accents. On the software side, Wildfire S runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system skinned by HTC Sense 3.0 user interface as opposed to the Android 2.1 Eclair OS skinned by an earlier version of HTC Sense of 2010 HTC Wildfire.
Other value-added features of HTC Wildfire S include SNS integration with easy photo tagging, Adobe Flash support on browser and easy app sharing.
HTC has yet to disclose the official pricing and release details of HTC Wildfire S. While we await updates, you might want to check out the complete technical specifications of the handset:
