iTunes : iTunes Could Not Connect to iTunes Store, Network Connection Timed Out : SOLUTION
Does this message pop up on your iTunes screen every time you try to connect to iTunes store?
If your internet connection is working properly, which means you can actually use it to surf the net with your browser, then - most likely - you're experiencing this problem because you're running an old version of iTunes. It happened to me before and this was the culprit.
So how do you fix it?
Simply download the latest version of iTunes via this link and install it on your Mac or PC.
If the latest version still won't connect to iTunes store, try this solution;
1. Close iTunes
2. Go to C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes
3. Delete iTunesPrefs.xml
4. Go to C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Local\Apple Computer\iTunes.
5. Delete iTunesPrefs.xml
7. Restart your Computer
8. Open iTunes and try to connect to iTunes Store
There you go. I hope you find this helpful.
