You know, at least once a week, I get this question in our TP inbox:
"[TP, what's Globe's customer support number?]"

We love hearing from you, TP Friends. But once and for all, it's --

Phone: 730-1000 for any landline
Mobile (Globe): Just dial 211 (Toll Free Access)

I'm a Globe subscriber myself and I've rung 730-1000 a few times already. Let me tell you, Globe's customer support group is one of the best in the country right now so don't hesitate to give them a ring if you need help with any of their services.

By the way, Globe also attends to customer concerns via the company's official Twitter account (@talk2Globe) and official Facebook fan page (Globe Telecom).

    i don't know, may mga tao ba talaga na need to ask what is the hotline number of their preferred network, ano ang alam nila????

    i have been calling globe hotlines number of times pero walang sumasagot!!!!! they are giving headaches to their subscribers!!! i received confirmation from globe na i have superfree weekend pero di mo naman ma avail. di ka makaregister. dapat ayusin nila system nila!!!! o di kaya wag nalang sila mag promo kung di nman ma enjoy ng subscribers!!! niloloko lang nila mga subscribers........

    paano ba makontak ang ang operator sa costumer service kasi puro na lang machne ang sumasagot kasi may load ako na 150 para magregister sa super150 nakaregister pa daw ako kinabukasan wala na ang 150 ko akala ko nakaregister ako di pa pala nawala na ang 150 ko ang hirap magreklamo pls need help paano ako makakontak sa operator ng 211

    BWISIT TALAGA ANG GLOBE ....... KAKA LOAD KO LANG NG 25 PESOS AT ISANG TEXT KO LANG ANG GINAWA, UBOS KAAGAS AT .65 CENTAVOS NA LANG ANG NATIRA IN JUST 5 HRS!!!! IMAGINE AND THIS IS REDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
