Scary.

I spend more than 10 hours a day sitting in front of my computer (yes, I'm rather workaholic), so I guess need to look into this and make a change.

     So everybody who has a job sitting at an office desk or similar is going to get very obese and die 15 years younger, hahahahahaha. Do you believe everything you are told? OMG
