Here in TechPinas : The Philippine Technology Blog, Gratitude is a cherished word.

And so, to say 'Thank you!' - yet again - to all TP Friends all around the globe for the continuous support, the TP Team has decided to partner with the biggest and leading handset manufacturer in the world today - Nokia - and launch the second serving of TechPinas Gadget Bonanza.

TechPinas Gadget Bonanza or TPGB, for those who will be joining it for the first time, is a period when we give away or raffle off gadget/s as a sign of gratitude to our friends online.

Really, we could have done TPGB2 a bit earlier and just raffle off any cheap gadget that came our way. But we don't believe in that. We wanted to give you the best. So we opted to wait for something amazing, a fitting product, that we could offer you.

Actually, we considered a number of gadgets as prize for TPGB2. But when Nokia sent us a Nokia C6-01 unit to play with, we saw how gorgeous and powerful it is and we thought that it's clearly the one;



Aside from Nokia E7, the gorgeous metal-clad Nokia C6-01 is the only Nokia phone out right now with the stunning Clear Black Display. Like Nokia N8, Nokia C6-01 features a scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass screen. And like Nokia C7, it has an 8 MegaPixel shooter with dual-LED flash and a High-Definition 720p Video Camera!

Now, how to win this smartphone? Here are the mechanics* of TPGB2:

4. Go to the Official Facebook link of the Contest (click on the link).

5. Leave a comment mentioning one Ovi Store App or Game you like (or look forward to using) and WHY you like it, doesn't have to be a long explanation; Make sure that the App or Game is already available in the Ovi Store and that you mention its name clearly. (e.g. SNAPTU, because it makes Facebook fun.)

6. One comment is equivalent to one raffle entry for the Nokia C6-01 contest. You can submit up to 5 entries but you can submit only one entry per week. The contest will run from May 18, 2011 to June 18, 2011 (11:59 PM). This contest runs for five weeks:

i. May 18 - 21, 2011 (you can submit one entry for this period)
ii. May 22 - 28, 2011 (you can submit one entry for this period)
iii. May 29 - June 4, 2011 (you can submit one entry for this period)
iv. June 5 - June 11, 2011 (you can submit one entry for this period)
v. June 12 - June 18, 2011 (you can submit one entry for this period)

Every time you submit an entry, make sure you mention an Ovi Store App different from your previous submission/s.

7. If TP Community reaches 10,000 members by June 18, 2011, we will add another Nokia C6-01 unit. Yes, you read that correctly, we'll give away TWO Nokia C6-01 units if we reach 10,000 members on Facebook!

8. The winner/s will be announced on June 21, 2011 -- while TP is in Singapore for Nokia Connection 2011.
