Arjohn Gilbert, a Filipino boy of Aeta descent from Mabalacat, Pampanga, wasn't particularly born into privilege. In fact, despite his young age and rather thin frame, he takes it upon himself to scour the streets of Pampanga daily to sell flutes so he can help his family get by.



But in spite of not having material or worldly riches, Arjohn was nonetheless blessed by God with the one thing that can possibly help him give his family a better life in the future. He was blessed with raw talent.

While some would spend thousands upon thousands of pesos learning music theory and the basics of pop vocal performance, Arjohn - without any proper training whatsoever - possesses an ear for melody and creamy vocals that make him appear a virtuouso to anyone who would listen to him. His riffs and runs are so precise, you would think he had Gospel music training. If these aren't gifts from God, I really don't know what to call them.
