Globe Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Plan Bundles Arriving This Month!
I've just received confirmation from our friends at Globe Telecom that their much-awaited Samsung Galaxy Note 2 postpaid plan bundles will indeed arrive within this month, October 2012.
Samsung Galaxy Note 2 N7100 is the Korean company's follow-up to last year's best-seller, the TechPinas Favorite Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 phablet.
Available in Titanium Gray and Marble White, Samsung Galaxy Note II comes with features and specifications that truly set the bar for a 2012 flagship smartphone. Starting from its innards, SGNote2 runs the latest Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system with it 1.6 GHz Quad Core Exynos 4412 Quad CPU, and handles multi-tasking with 2GB of RAM, double that of its predecessor. Users get 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB internal storage options, which they can easily expand via the phone's microSD card slot supporting up to 64GB. On the outside, the 9.4mm-thin SGNote2 flaunts a similar 'nature inspired' design identity as Samsung Galaxy S3 but features a massive 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED display, which is the largest screen you can get on any smartphone currently out in the market. The handset's imaging capabilities are largely the same as that of SGS3, which is - quite frankly - not bad at all; They share the same 8 MegaPixel autofocus camera with back-illuminated sensor and LED flash, and a full HD video recorder.
According to our sources, Globe Telecom could very launch the Globe Galaxy Note 2 either on the third or fourth week of this month as a bundled handset with its current top tier postpaid and platinum plans. SGNote2 supports LTE connectivity so it also remains to be seen whether Globe will decide to bundle the smartphone with its upcoming LTE mobile plans. At any rate, if you want to get an SGNote2 for free while only having to pay for mobile and data services you consume, getting it as a bundled handset is clearly the way to go.
