Cloudfone Thrill 430x Price Php 7,777, Specs : Innos D9 Dual SIM Dual Core Android ICS Smartphone, Has 4160 mAh Li-Ion Battery!
Been hearing a lot of cool things about this mysterious, new Cloudfone release.
A few days ago, one of our readers left this comment in one of our recent posts about affordable Android handsets: "Cloudfone Thrill 430x might (I stress 'might') be a better buy than this. Little is known [about] this unit. [But the] main selling point is the battery at 4160mah, more than twice of [this phone's battery] capacity."

Yesterday, Leroy Robles - one of our friends on Twitter, told me, "I struck gold with 4.3-inch oleophobic qHD IPS 8MP 1.2 GHz Dual Core S4 4160mAh battery Dual SIM ICS 4.0.4. Just Php 7,777! It's a Cloudfone Thrill 430x. Got it while lookin' for a Flare or Titan which are both still out of stock."
He then told me that his wife got the unit at a 'temporary' Cloudfone stall ina building in front of McDonald's SM Megamall Building A in front of McDonald's. I know it's quite hard to imagine where exactly that is but if you want to get hold of this handset, then you might as well start looking.
Aside from the unit itself, the package also includes the charger, earphones, microUSB cable, manuals, and a free prepaid SIM card.
Anyway, I did my research earlier and found out that Cloudfone Thrill 430x is actually just a rebranded Innos D9 handset from China. Nothing wrong with that, really. In fact, we should thank Cloudfone for bringing this stellar smartphone here.
With thickness of 14.2 millimeters, Cloudfone Thrill 430x is definitely not the slimmest phone around -- but for good reason.
Aside from having a Dual Core Snapdragon S4 processor and Dual SIM Dual Standby capability, there are three things that make Innos D9 a true stand-out in its price category: First, it flaunts a 4.3-inch high-resolution qHD display with high pixel-density ensuring crisp and clear details. Second, it features an 8 MegaPixel autofocus camera with LED flash vs. the 5 MP shooters in other Android ICS handsets in this price range. Finally (and perhaps, most importantly), it ships with a ginormous 4160 mAh Li-Ion battery (the reason main reason for its bulk) that's said to be capable of delivering up to 1000 hours of standby time, 40 hours of 3G talk time, and up to 100 hours of music playback!
Is this handset cool or what?! Let me know your thoughts on the device, TP Friends.
