Globe iPhone5 Pre-Order Page, Live! Price Schedule for Postpaid Plans and Prepaid Kits To Follow!
Globe Telecom is now accepting Apple iPhone 5 pre-orders via the company's corporate website in preparation for the handset's official launch in the Philippines on December 14, 2012.
I'm sure that despite its very late release here (which shouldn't be the case, really, because the Philippines is the fastest growing smartphone market in South East Asia), iPhone5 will still sell like hotcakes - so if you want to make sure that you have a unit reserved under your name, I would suggest that you head on over to the page and sign-up soonest.
Currently though, the pre-order page doesn't show the iPhone5 price schedule for postpaid bundles and prepaid kits. Why, you ask? Well, one of our friends from Globe Telecom told me yesterday, "[Apple is very strict when it comes to these things. We can't announce anything without their go signal. But we're finally set to disclose official iPhone5 pricing details come Friday.]"
There you go. You might want to wait until tomorrow before you sign-up if you want to see the price schedule first to aid your decision on which postpaid plan or prepaid bundle to get. Hopefully, Globe would still have units left to give you by then.
