Cherry Mobile Cruize Price Php 4,499, Specs : Dual SIM Dual Standby, Single Core Android Phablet with 5.2-inch Screen, Out Now!
Cherry Mobile continues to flood the market with affordable, rebranded Android smartphones!
Following the success of Cherry Mobile Flare (Karbonn A9+) and Cherry Mobile Titan (Konka W990) last Yuletide season, CM today officially released Cherry Mobile Cruize, a 5.2-inch smartphone running Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system with a 1 GHz single core processor.
According to my readers (and based on my research as well), CM Cruize is based on the G'Five G95 handset (shown in this photo) released last year. G'Five is a Hong Kong based OEM with sales offices in Dubai, Egypt, India, and Peru.
Obviously, the main selling point of this smartphone would be it's unusually large screen (*whispers* I'm actually having second thoughts about calling it a 'phablet' because of the rather low-resolution display and the single-core chip; Do you think it's alright to call it that? Kindly, leave your comments below.), but it's not all that's note-worthy about Cherry Mobile Cruize. The device also comes with Dual SIM Dual Standby capability allowing you to stay connected on two networks at the same time. Also, it features a 5 MegaPixel autofocus camera with LED flash, a 720p HD camcorder, and a sizeable 2500 mAh Li-Ion battery pack, which is already quite hefty for an Android smartphone in this price category.
So what's the official suggested retail price of this handset and where can you get it? CM Cruize also costs Php 4,499 and you can now purchase it from all Cherry Mobile kiosks nationwide.
Before I wrap up this post with the phone's complete technical specifications, let me ask you, "Is Cherry Mobile Cruize hot or not?" Answer our poll and share your thoughts in this entry's comments section.
