When I learned that Blitzen has chosen to giveaway a brand new O+ 8.16 Android phablet, I got absolutely excited as it is one of my favorite 2013 handsets from the company!
As I've shared in our initial O+ 8.16 feature, this flagship phablet - priced at Php 12,995 upon launch - represents a major upgrade from best-selling and very popular O+ 8.15, which it superseded just last October 2013. Upon our latest testing, O+ 8.16 got a high Antutu Benchmark score of 13,541, which is well reflected in the stutter-free gaming, video-viewing and overall touch experience that the phablet delivers.
What I personally love about this flagship release is that it gives you all of those amazing features and specifications in a package that unbelievably slim, sleek, and light! In fact, with thickness of only around 8 millimeters, O+ 8.16 could very well be one of the thinnest 5.7 inch phablets currently available in the Philippine market.
Of course, O+ 8.16 comes with one of the features unique to O+ handsets, which is Air Shuffle. Basically, this patented innovation permits a touch-less mobile experience by letting users take photos, play music tracks, browse images, or change radio stations simply by waving their hand in front of the phone's display.
