Sony Philippines welcomes summer by reintroducing the first-generation Action Cam, a wearable camera - first announced in Q4 2013 - that allows adventure-spirited users to capture their action-packed activities in high quality and full HD videos and photos.
A few weeks back, Sony took me, other tech bloggers and local media on a yacht cruise together with Action Cam ambassador Luke Landrigan as we tried to get to know the product more. Luke is a professional surfer and outdoor adventure enthusiast who represents the kind of individual Sony made the device for. He currently runs a surfing school up north where he teaches Pinoys to live a more active lifestyle.

The new waterproof housing is now 35% lighter and 25% smaller than its predecessor. The slim design also cuts through wind and water when you’re freefalling, jet-skiing or streaking through that downhill run.
