Ever since I got to try out Deezer Beta app for Android last year, I've been wishing that there was an easier way for users in the Philippines to subscribe to the premium service. Thankfully, Smart Communications - the biggest network in the country - has partnered with the French music streaming company to give Filipinos the full high-end Deezer music experience!
