Meizu Smartphones Coming to the Philippines via Novo7Tech
Another popular Chinese handset company is poised to enter the Philippines soon, ready to make its mark in the local market.
Following Huawei, ZTE, THL, Zopo, Oppo, Gionee and Xiaomi, Meizu Technology Co., Ltd. - one of the top ten smartphone makers in the People's Republic of China in terms of sales - will start offering its devices to Pinoy consumers next month, September 2014, via its official and exclusive distributor in the country, Novo7Tech.
"Mark, Meizu is known in China as one of the feistiest rivals of Xiaomi --- and I think the quality of Meizu's smartphones is a clear testament to that. Also, as you've seen, the Flyme interface is a joy to use. This is a phone manufacturer that's also serious about software. We were very delighted when Meizu got in touch with us a few months ago and told us that they are interesting in working with us to bring their smartphones to the Philippines," Mr. Adrian Lim, Novo7Tech's IT Director, told me in our meeting last week.
He added, "If you think Meizu MX3 is an incredible smartphone, wait until you see MX4. Meizu's 2014 flagship is a beast of a smartphone; It's a powerhouse device that can give the more expensive flagship smartphones of other international companies a run for the money."
TP Friends, Sir Adrian and Sir Oliver - Novo7Tech's Marketing Director - also shared that, as part of their company's launch promotion or Meizu, they will be giving away a Meizu MX3 smartphone through a video contest to be done exclusively via TechPinas! Stay tuned for the mechanics!

Meizu MX3, the current flagship smartphone of the company, runs its simple yet intuitive Flyme user interface with an Octa Core Samsung Exynos 5410 chipset and features a 5.1 inch 1080 × 1800 pixels JDI OGS display, an 8 MegaPixel camera with LED flash and Sony sensor, and 2 MegaPixel front cam. I've played with it and I was thoroughly impressed not just with its gorgeous design and extremely solid build - highlighted by its brushed stainless steel side frame - but also by the many cool features of Meizu's unique Flyme UI. You have to try it, TP Friends! I promise you: You will be amazed.
