For the few who are still not yet familiar with it: Xiaomi is a relatively young electronics company whose low-cost yet high-quality phones have allowed it to outsell Apple in China and get the admiration of Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak.

Xiaomi Mi 3 flaunts a 5-inch Full HD IPS OGS display that - as you can see in the photo above - looks crisp and brilliant regardless of the viewing angle. Inside the polycarbonate shell (that's beautifully painted in such a way that it looks like real aluminum), the handset runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system fully skinned by the Xiaomi's very intuitive and gorgeous MIUI interface with its Quad Core 2.3 GHz Krait 400 and Adreno 330 GPU based Qualcomm MSM8274AB Snapdragon 800 SoC. One of the highlights of this smartphone is its 13 MegaPixel autofocus camera with dual-LED flash at the back that - Xiaomi says - "takes amazing photos in low light with a super-large Exmor sensor and an ƒ/2.2 aperture. The built-in Phillips dual-LED flash quickly adds the perfect lighting to make your subjects beautiful. Never miss another photo opportunity again." There's also a 2 MegaPixel front cam, located above the display, which works well with Xiaomi's photo enhancing software giving users more attractive selfies that are ready for sharing on social networking sites.
