LG G3 Beat Philippines Price Php 13,990, Specs, Antutu Benchmark Score, Release Date, Features
Are you a big fan of the 2014 flagship release LG G3 and all of its unique features but you're not yet ready to spend more than Php 25,000 to get it? Well, I believe the mere sight of the freshly announced LG G3 Beat will surely put a smile on your face.
Practically the mini version of the Korean company's top-of-the-line release this year, the LG G3 Beat comes replete with some of the key features that LG fans (myself included) have come to love on their LG G3, including the Floating Arc design language that's defined by ultra-thin bezels, tapered sides, and an elegant curved back plate.
According to the company, the LG G3 Beat retains the best features and functions of the G3 in a more compact and handy package; A testament that less can be more, the LG G3 Beat comes with a largest-in-class 5.0-inch HD IPS display with a screen-to-body ratio of 74.1 percent, the highest in the mid-tier smartphone segment.
“The LG G3 Beat meets the customers demand for a smartphone with the best balance of looks, features, performance and price,” shared Mr. Jay Won, Vice President of LG Mobile Philippines.
Given its design and features, LG G3 Beat - I believe - is perfect for students and yuppies who may be on a tight budget but won't settle for less in their gadget purchases. Like I said, if you love LG G3, this mini version gives you a glimpse of what that flagship can do - which, in itself, says a lot about this cool midrange release.
As for its internal hardware, LG G3 Beat runs UX-skinned Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system with its Quad Core 1.2 GHz ARM Cortex A7 and Adreno 305 GPU based Qualcomm MSM8926 Snapdragon 400 chipset, handles multitasking with 1 GB of RAM, and has 8 GB of internal storage expandable via microSD card slot. These moderately powerful innards combine to give the device a decent Antutu Benchmark Score in the area of 17,143.
Powered by a removable 2,540 mAh Li-Ion battery pack, the Dual SIM Dual Standby HSPA+ enabled LG G3 Beat will be available starting this month, November 2014, at Abenson and MemoXpress for only Php 13,990. It will be out in LG concept stores and other authorized retail partners of the brand in December 2014. You can get LG G3 Beat in three sophisticated colors: Silk White, Shine Gold, and Metallic Black.

LG G3 Beat's 8 MegaPixel camera with Laser Autofocus and 1.3 MegaPixel front cam carry over the G3’s key imaging features such as Touch & Shoot, Gesture Shot and Front Camera Light. Additional UX features that have become standard offerings across LG’s newest smartphones including Knock Code, Dual Window, and Smart Keyboard are likewise available on the LG G3 Beat.
