THL T6s Giveaway : Php 3,999 5-inch Quad Core Android KitKat Smartphone
Donning a price tag of only Php 3,999, the cute THL T6s is the most affordable quad core Android smartphone in Novo7Tech's current product roster -- making it the perfect handset for Pinoys who want to experience what this international brand has to offer but are on a tight budget.
For that very pocket-friendly amount, consumers can already get this sleek handset equipped with a sizable 5-inch 854 x 480 pixels JDI TFT display, a 5 MegaPixel autofocus camera with LED flash, HD video recorder, Dual SIM Dual Standby capability, 3G HSPA+ support, and a 1,900 mAh battery pack.
Under the hood, THL T6s runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat Hydroid Mod right out of the box with its Quad Core 1.3 GHz ARM Cortex A7 and Mali-400MP GPU based MediaTek MT6582M chipset that's complemented by 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage that can be expanded using the microSD card slot supporting up to 32 GB.
The combination of these internal hardware gave THL T6s a score of 18,606 when I ran Antutu Benchmark Test on my handset earlier this evening. It's a decent mark that well reflects the average gaming and overall touch experience that T6s delivers. Needless to say, it's not particularly a powerhouse handset but for Php 3,999, it's not bad at all.
As for the phone's design and construction, as you can see, THL T6s' 'pillow-style' shell is made predominantly of plastic. Nonetheless, it feels very durable when you hold and, at least for me, it looks quite attractive.
