First Online Job Fair in the Philippines for the BPO Industry Happening on February 16 to 28, 2015
Online job portal BPOCareerHub (BCH) is pleased to announce the launch of its fully featured website http://www.BPOCareerHub.com. The newly designed website is the fruit of a web revamp initiative meant to simplify and drastically improve the web user’s experience. Along with the pleasant user interface, the new site features an industry-leading virtual interview application that is set to break new ground at BCH’s first online job fair.
As part of its objective to match careers and help reduce the Philippines’ unemployment rate, the 1st BCH-Online Job Fair has partnered with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) to bring together various jobseekers and companies from the Information Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) industry.
Scheduled to run from February 16-28, 2015, BCH’s first online job fair offers Virtual Interview, a digital interviewing platform that allows for consistent, quality interviews and improves the recruiting experience for both companies and candidates. To encourage a great match, the platform assists employers shortlist talent and helps jobseekers make well-informed decisions about the jobs being listed. The online event aims to virtually connect jobseekers to employers while requiring “less prep time, less effort, and less resources” from both.
While jobseekers apply for jobs from the comfort of their own home, companies can finally save time and reduce costs by improving their recruiting efficiency! BCH’s digital interviewing platform allows recruiters to review responses from any place and at any time, and assess candidates fairly. Recruiters gain access to BCH’s résumé management system which will allow them to receive and process jobseekers’ résumés and online applications.
Aside from Virtual Interview, BCH’s first online job fair also offers Jobseeker Pre-Registration, where early registrants are given chance to sign up as early as two weeks before the Online Job Fair and have their résumés processed prior to the event. Jobseekers who wish to join the online job fair simply need to create a MyCareerHub account at http://bpocareerhub.com/OnlineJobFair.
