Asus Zenvolution Computex 2016 Taiwan Experience
I'm now in Taipei, Taiwan to experience Computex 2016 where Asus will be unveiling their latest flagship laptops and smartphones via a keynote presentation as well as a product exhibit.
Asus' program in Computex 2016 is called 'Zenvolution' -- perhaps alluding to the much-anticipated evolution of the company's well-received top-of-the-line ZenFone phablets.
Powered by an Intel Z3560 processor and having a whopping 4GB of RAM to deliver industry leading multitasking experience, the Asus ZenFone 2 achieved tremendous success not just in the Philippines but also in our neighboring countries. The 5.5-inch Full HD smartphone was such a best-seller than it became the primary model to catapult Asus to the number one position as the leading 5.5-inch and up phablet seller in our market.
We arrived in Taiwan via Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at around 11 in the morning.
I'd like to thank Asus for bringing us here in Taiwan and letting us experience the many wonders that their home country has to offer. So far, I've been having a blast. Taiwanese people, culture, and food are absolutely amazing.

So what's to expect from Asus within the next few days?
Based on what I've been hearing from the grapevine, the company could well unveil three new high-end ZenFone models, which some are already calling the ZenFone 3, ZenFone 3 Deluxe, and ZenFone 3 Max.
According to insiders, at least one model could be powered the latest Intel for mobile chipset (the one superseding what's inside ZenFone 2) and another could have a Snapdragon 820 processor from Qualcomm and feature 6GB of RAM! Exciting, eh?
I'm particularly looking forward to seeing the Asus ZenFone 3 Max, which appears to be the follow-up to the ZenFone Max that was released in the Philippines back in January 2016. The Asus ZenFone Max has become one of my reliable daily drivers and travel companions, thanks to its tremendous 3-day uptime.
Stay tuned for updates, TP Friends. I will be updating this entry regularly.
