But Cherry Mobile Flare S4 Mini is hardly all looks, no substance. For one, it already runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system so users get to enjoy a more updated version of Google's mobile OS. Also, it is powered by a Quad Core ARM Cortex A7 and Mali 400-MP2 based Spreadtrum SC7731 chipset, making the device capable of running slightly specs-intensive apps.
