Vivo V5 Lite Official Price, Complete Specs, and Availability in the Philippines
Last Sunday - May 14, 2017, after taking my mom out for shopping, I checked out the new Vivo Mobile kiosk located at the ground-floor of SM City San Lazaro and I asked the sales reps which handset model they're currently selling a lot of.
"Sir, Vivo V5 Lite is our best-selling model here," one of them told me.
He added, "[I think it's popular because it's fairly affordable, the design is good, and it has good specs.]"
I agree with his insight -- though, I want to add that the smartphone's imaging capabilities - particularly its selfie camera - had also contributed to making it a big hit.
The more affordable and less powerful version of the Vivo V5, the Vivo V5 Lite - I believe - is great for students and yuppies who are currently looking for a goodlooking smartphone with decent specs and above average imaging capabilities for its price.
Clad in aluminum, the sleek 7.6mm-thin Vivo V5 Lite features a 5.5-inch HD IPS display that's protected by scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass 3 panel, a 13 MegaPixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and phase detection autofocus, Full HD video recorder, a non-removable 3,000 mAh battery pack, Dual SIM Dual Standby capability, 4G LTE support, and a 16 MegaPixel front cam with f/2.0 aperture for good low light performance plus Beauty Mode for selfies that are instantly ready for sharing on Facebook or Instagram.]
Inside, this handset runs FunTouch-skinned Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with a 64-Bit Octa Core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 and Mali-T860MP2 GPU based Mediatek MT6750 chipset, has 3GB of RAM, and comes with 32GB of internal storage that can be augmented using the secondary hybrid nanoSIM slot that doubles as a microSD card expansion slot.
Vivo V5 Lite is now available at all Vivo Concept Stores, kiosks, and authorized retail outlets across the country. This model is available in two elegant colors - Crown Gold and Rose Gold - and currently sells for Php 9,990.
