Asus ZenFone Live L1 with Android Oreo Go Edition, Announced!
Asus has just unveiled a new entry-level Android smartphone in Indonesia -- and since our neighbor country is a lot like our own as a mobile market, I guess this model will also be announced in the Philippines within the next few weeks.
Plastic-clad Asus ZenFone Live L1 is an Android Go smartphone, which means that has modest internal hardware and it runs a lightweight version of Google's mobile operating system.
According to GizChina, which is also the source of all the photos in this entry, this fresh release features a 5.5-inch HD+ Full View IPS display, a 13 MegaPixel rear camera with Phase Detection AutoFocus, a 5 MegaPixel selfie shooter in front, Face Unlock technology, and a 3,000 mAh Battery pack.
Inside, this Dual SIM, 4G-enabled handset runs its Android Oreo Go Edition OS with a Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor that's complemented by 1GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage that's easily expandable using the device's dedicated microSD card slot.
As of writing, the Taiwanese company hasn't disclosed the exact suggested retail price of this model in Indonesia. Nonetheless, based on its technical specifications, my price guesstimate for it is around 6,500 INR or roughly PHP 5,000 with current conversion.
