For almost a decade now, Samsung has been releasing similar Galaxy Android smartphone models in both India and the Philippines.
Earlier today - June 1, 2018, the Korean tech giant launched the all-new Samsung Galaxy J4 in India, which led me to believe that it won't be long before the same handset reaches our shores.
As part of the company's Galaxy J-Series, this smartphone is positioned in the entry-level category or is crafted for consumers who may be a bit tight on budget but want to best features that they can get for their money.
Looking at the specs sheet of this model, I believe Samsung Galaxy J4 2018 has four stand-out features that should prove enticing for young and upbeat mobile users.
1. Large and Brilliant Display
The Galaxy J4 sports a 5.5-inch HD 1280 x 720 pixels SuperAMOLED display, which is known for being brighter, more brilliant, and more energy efficient than IPS screens with the same resolution.
Sure, its 16:9 aspect ratio is not quite as trendy as 18:9 or 19:9 but this panel should be good enough for delivering an enjoyable photo and video viewing as well as 3G gaming experience.
2. Front-Cam with Soft LED Flash
For those who love to take selfies and groufies, this model has a 5 MegaPixel front snapper with Soft LED flash that ensures crisp and clear images even in settings where there's low to zero ambient light.
3. Decent Set of Internal Hardware for Its Price

Considering this, I believe the SRPs of the said variants in the Philippines will be around PHP 8,000 and PHP 9,500, respectively, if and when they arrive here in June or July 2018.
