Honor 7A Philippines Price is PHP 6,990, Specs, Features, Press Photos
Huawei sub-brand Honor has just released a new lower midrange Android smartphone in the Philippines that will surely capture the fancy of budget-conscious millennials who are still in school or on their first job.
The all-new Honor 7A has a trendy and attractive design language that's matched perfectly by its decent set of technical specifications.
But really, the best thing about this device - for me - is that it's priced at only PHP 6,990, which is at arm's reach of many Filipinos.
This model flaunts a durable aluminum body that's available in three classy colors, namely, Blue, Black, and Gold.
At the back, there's a Fingerprint Scanner, which adds a veritable layer of privacy protection, below the 13 MegaPixel f/2.2 rear camera with LED flash.
In front, the device features a 5.7-inch HD+ 720 x 1440 IPS display with 18:9 aspect ratio, which allowed Honor to increase its size without make the handset itself bigger. Above the screen, this handset an 8 MegaPixel front cam with Selfie Toning flash, which allows you to snap selfies even in dim lighting conditions. The front shooter also integrates a Face Unlock software for added security and faster device unlocking.
Under the hood, Honor 7A runs its EMUI 8.0 skinned Android 8.0 Oreo operating system with a pretty reliable Octa Core Qualcomm MSM8937 Snapdragon 430 processor. This chipset is complemented by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM. The storage is easily expandable via the dedicated microSD card slow, which means you won't have to sacrifice Dual SIM Dual Standby capability to get more space.
As for battery life, according to Honor, this smartphone's large 3,000 mAh pack should give it around a whole day of uptime with regular use on a full charge; Thanks to the company's own energy-saving software innovations.
Honor 7A will be available first through the company's official online store partner, Shopee. But I believe Honor 7A should also be out soon at all offline authorized retail channels of the brand. Stay tuned for updates!
