Smart is The Official Telco Partner of Mobile Legends Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup 2022

For the 5th year, the Philippines' leading mobile services provider Smart Communications, Inc. is powering the Asia Pacific region’s biggest Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournament with MSC or MLBB Southeast Asia Cup at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre from June 11 to 19, 2022.

RSG Philippines and Smart Omega will carry the flag and compete against the top 12 teams from the region; specifically Thailand, Laos, Indonesia, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Myanmar.

Aside from being proclaimed as the Kings of Southeast Asia, the winning team will take home the lion’s share of the USD $300,000 total prize pool, doubled from last year. Team Execration which is now known as Smart Omega, are the defending MSC champions.

Smart will enable mobile gamers and fans to support the Filipino esports athletes and catch them in all their matches by streaming the MSC Tournament on Smart's official Facebook Page, aside from Mobile Legends: Bang Bang’s official social media channels.

RSG Philippines and Smart Omega Gear Up for MSC

Winning the recently concluded MPL-PH Season 9 Finals, RSG Philippines is set to debut for the first time in the MSC along with their key players - Jonard Cedrix “Demonkite” Caranto, Nathanael “Nathzz” Estrologo, Eman “Emann” Sangco, Arvie “Aqua” Calderon, Dylan Aaron “Light” Catipon, and Dexter “Exort” Martinez.

Meanwhile, Team Captain Patrick James “E2MAX” Caidic, and players Renz Errol “Renzio” Cadua, Billy Jazha “Z4pnu” Alfonso, Dean Christian “Raizen” Sumagui, Grant Duane “Kelra” Pillas, and Joshua “Ch4knu” Mangilog are set to defend the title under their new team Smart Omega.
