TECNO CAMON 20 Pro Series Wins Gold at MUSE Design Awards 2023

TECNO, a technology brand known for its innovative products, received the Gold Award in Product Design, Telecommunications Category at the highly esteemed MUSE Design Awards 2023 for its upcoming TECNO CAMON 20 Pro Series.

The judges were impressed by the series' unique and stylish design, particularly the CAMON PUZZLE deconstructionist design, which is a first in the industry. This award highlights TECNO's expertise in product design and its growing reputation among international authorities. Thankfully, Filipinos can look forward to experiencing the award-winning CAMON 20 Pro Series starting in early June 2023.

The MUSE Design Awards 2023, organized by the International Awards Association (IAA), is a prestigious global design competition known for its strict judging system and high-quality standards. It aims to promote artistic beauty, design innovation, and excellence on a global scale. This year, the awards received more than 6,300 entries from various countries, which were evaluated by a panel of 51 expert judges from the creative and design fields.

Thomas Brandt, a spokesperson for the IAA, expressed surprise and encouragement at the ability of participants to adapt and excel in the face of industry changes. He highlighted the outstanding attention to detail, craftsmanship, and innovative design qualities of the TECNO CAMON 20 Pro Series, which caught the attention of the jury and earned it the coveted Gold Award.

The CAMON 20 Pro Series draws inspiration from the deconstructivism genre of postmodern architecture, combining the aesthetic concepts of international fashion brands and pioneering designers. The series features a unique CAMON PUZZLE design, with a three-dimensional luxury lychee-patterned back cover material called Magic Skin, engraved with 20 irregular ribs. Additionally, the back cover incorporates sapphire-grade nanocrystalline ceramic. This bold combination of advanced materials challenges traditional smartphone design norms and allows users to make a stylish statement.

TECNO not only focuses on aesthetics but also prioritizes the user experience. The application of the newest material, Magic Skin, to the CAMON 20 Pro Series enhances the deconstructionist design by providing incredible comfort and a natural tactile texture that resists fingerprint smudges.
