JuanHand and SeaBank Partner To Pioneer Loans Channeling Financing in the Philippines

JuanHand, a prominent online lending platform holding proper
licensing from the Securities and Exchange Commission, remains at the

WeFund Lending Corp., the company behind JuanHand, Fast Online Cash Loan App, recently
formalized a loan channeling agreement with
SeaBank Philippines Inc. (A Rural Bank). Through this collaboration,
SeaBank aims to allocate approximately PHP 300 Million of loan capital to
eligible borrowers through JuanHand app. SeaBank, a duly licensed rural
bank authorized by the BSP and a subsidiary of SEA Limited, one of Asia's
largest consumer tech companies, is at the helm of this initiative.

This groundbreaking agreement, signed on September 20, 2023 by Mr. Francisco
Mauricio, President and CEO of WeFund Lending Corp., and Mr. Siew Ghee Kung Lim,
SeaBank Executive Vice President of Operations, marks a significant
milestone as one of the pioneering cross-institutional loans channeling
financing structures in the country.
Expressing his appreciation, Mr. Francisco Mauricio stated, “We are privileged
to be chosen by SeaBank Philippines as one of its inaugural loan channeling
partners in the country. Through this collaboration, JuanHand is poised to
maintain its position as the premier fintech loan app, simplifying financial
access for Filipinos and contributing to enhanced financial well-being.”
Since its inception in 2019, JuanHand has garnered over 10 million
downloads, with over 6 million registrations and the approval of nearly 3
million loans. Offering loan amounts ranging from PHP 2,000 to PHP 50,000,
repayable within 30 to 120 days, JuanHand boasts an impressive approval time
of under 5 minutes and cash disbursement to the borrower’s bank or e-wallet
in less than 45 seconds.
