He shared, “We sat down and communicated with potential customers to ask what they look for in the Tamaraw. Hearing their comments and requests face-to-face inspired and reminded me and our team to make ever-better cars.”

This collaboration resulted in diesel and gas-powered variants equipped to meet a variety of needs. The 2.4L 2GD-FTV diesel engine is ideal for heavy-duty tasks, while the 2.0L 1TR-FE gas engine provides dependable performance.

The base 2.4 Dropside DSL M/T LWB starts at PHP 937,000, making it accessible for small businesses.

2.4 GL Dropside DSL A/T LWB variant

The top-tier 2.4 GL Dropside DSL A/T LWB, packed with advanced safety features like ABS and airbags, is priced at PHP 1,075,000.

Customized Tamaraw Camper RV

Other model variants, such as the Utility Van and Aluminum Cargo, range between PHP 1,041,000 and PHP 1,142,000.

TMP also announced that a gas-powered SWB model priced below PHP 800,000 will soon be available, making the Tamaraw even more affordable.

Retail sales for long wheelbase models will kick off in January 2025, while the short wheelbase variants and additional conversions will follow later in the year.
