MEIZU Makes a Grand Return to the Philippines
The Philippine smartphone scene is getting even more exciting as
DreamSmart officially launches in the country, bringing back MEIZU
smartphones and a lineup of AI-powered smart devices.
Partnering with Geely Auto, DreamSmart held a major product launch in
Manila on February 12, 2025 at the Filinvest Tent, Alabang, Muntinlupa City,
marking its commitment to expanding in Southeast Asia.

Mr. Gu Binbin, DreamSmart’s Executive Director and Head of Overseas
Business, shared,
"We are continuously accelerating the expansion of overseas markets,
deepening the development of the Southeast Asian market, and working with
Geely to build a global smart mobility technology ecosystem to keep
enhancing our competitiveness in the world."
This launch is DreamSmart’s third international event in just a month,
following successful debuts in Indonesia and Sri Lanka. With the
Philippines
being a fast-growing tech market, the company sees great potential in
connecting with Filipino consumers.

MEIZU Note 21 and MEIZU Mblu 21 Lead the Charge
The highlight of the launch was the introduction of two new
smartphones—MEIZU Note 21 and Mblu 21. These devices cater to different user
needs while promising impressive specs at competitive prices.
DreamSmart has two MEIZU phone affordable models that are now available in the Philippines: MEIZU Note 21 and MEIZU Mblu 21.
MEIZU Note 21 is built for aspirational consumers who need a balance of
performance and battery life as a level-up from their entry-level devices. This model comes with these features:
MEIZU Note 21 dons an official suggested retail price of PHP 5,999 in the Philippines and it's out now via online and offline channels.
- A 6.74-inch HD+ Display with a 90Hz Refresh Rate for smooth visuals.
- A 6,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging, ensuring long-lasting usage.
- A 50-MegaPixel Triple Rear Camera system and an 8-MegaPixel Front Shooter, ideal for capturing life's best moments.
MEIZU Note 21's back panel design is quite similar to that of the iPhone.
On the other hand, Mblu 21 is an affordable option that doesn’t
compromise on quality. It offers:
- A 6.79-inch Display for immersive viewing.
- A 13-MegaPixel Dual-Camera system for decent photography.
- A 4,900mAh battery for all-day usage.
There are two variants of MEIZU Mblu 21 that are now available in the Philippines. The 8GB RAM + 64GB ROM version sells for only PHP 3,999 while the 12GB RAM + 128GB ROM model goes for PHP 4,999.
Believe it! For just PHP 3,999, you can already own the MEIZU MBlu 21, which has specs that are good enough for basic daily use -- not to mention, it also looks good!
As I've said, both devices are now available in the Philippine market, giving smartphone
users more choices beyond the usual brands. I believe you can get them via Shopee or Lazada through Rulls' official stores.
